Key Responsibilities

• Manage office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Handle logistics coordination to ensure smooth delivery and operations.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals in

  INR & Euro

  .
• Provide

  customer support

  by handling queries, follow-ups, and communication.
• Assist the sales team with

  sales support

  activities including documentation, quotations, and order processing.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and databases for management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency in operations.

Requirements

• Gender Preference:

  Female candidates only.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• 13 years of experience in office management, sales support, or administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting/quotation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with handling quotations in

  multiple currencies (INR & Euro)

  is desirable.
