Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your role will involve greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude, assisting them in finding their way around the office, and announcing clients as necessary. You will also be responsible for helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as needed, as well as keeping track of visitor logs. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. Preparing meeting and training rooms, answering phones professionally, and routing calls as required will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. - Assist clients in finding their way around the office. - Announce clients as necessary. - Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. - Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. - Prepare meeting and training rooms. - Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The work location is in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, and the role requires in-person presence.,
