Key Responsibilities

Pantry & Refreshments

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and office guests
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the pantry area
• Refill water dispensers and ensure basic snack/beverage stock

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Dust and clean desks, meeting rooms, reception, and common areas daily
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of office premises throughout the day
• Collect and dispose of garbage responsibly

Outdoor Tasks

• Deliver/collect official documents or materials from nearby locations
• Run errands to banks, courier offices, or other local vendors as needed
• Assist in purchasing pantry and office supplies when required

General Office Support

• Open and close the office (as per shift)
• Assist in lifting/moving light office materials
• Ensure lights, fans, and appliances are turned off when not in use
• Support administrative staff in day-to-day tasks
• Any additional tasks assigned by Admin/HR

Shift Timings

• Shift 1

  : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Shift 2

  : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM(Rotational shifts based on company need)

Requirements

• Minimum 10th pass preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Good personal hygiene and grooming
• Physically fit and willing to perform basic outdoor and physical tasks
• Polite, punctual, and dependable

Working Days

Monday to Saturday, (Alternate Saturdays Off)
