Role Overview: As a Peon/Office Support Staff in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to maintain workplace cleanliness, support security operations, and ensure smooth office functioning through daily operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular floor cleanliness checks and coordinate with housekeeping staff. - Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and workstations are kept neat and tidy. - Refill and replace drinking water cans across all floors. - Assist security guards in managing visitor flow and access control. - Help with parcel handling, inward/outward materials, and basic physical verification. - Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required. - Assist in setting up meeting rooms (chairs, cleaning, refreshments, etc.). - Support in photocopying, delivering documents, and internal coordination tasks. - Ensure pantry cleanliness and basic maintenance. - Refill supplies like sugar, tea, coffee, and cutlery. - Report any facility or equipment issues to the Office Administrator. - Support minor errands inside office premises.
