Job Description

Executive Support:

Schedule, coordinate meetings and appointments for the firm's Principal Designer.
Maintain and manage the calendar of the CEO & other senior executives, ensuring efficient time management.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for client calls and correspondence.
Manage follow-ups, schedule meetings with clients, and ensure prompt and professional communication.
Maintain a positive client experience through attentive service and efficient coordination.

Office Administration:

Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and professional environment.
Maintain office filing systems, databases, and documentation (digital and physical).
Supervise office support staff (if applicable) and manage workflow to meet deadlines.

Procurement & Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory levels, and ensure timely restocking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
