Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry. Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails. Record keeping: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, and keep track of inventory for office supplies. Support staff: Assist other employees with various tasks, which may include providing coverage for reception or secretarial duties. Office operations: Keep the office stocked with supplies, assist with booking meeting rooms, and help coordinate events or meetings.
