Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Executive located in Dwarka. and has established a new branch in odisha, Jaleswar The Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing customer service, managing communications, assisting with office administration, and supporting accounting functions. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using office software and equipment
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
