Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to join True-Care India. The Office Executive will play a key role in supporting recruitment and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Documentation Support:

· Draft CVs of recruits in the prescribed organizational format- mainly using the internal recruitment portal of the organization

· Collect and verify necessary information and documents from recruits to prepare accurate CVs and profiles.

· Maintain updated records of candidates and staff in both digital and physical formats.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration or HR support.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
