Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur (Work from Office) Company: Shine Collections About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive individual who can handle both CRM and merchandising responsibilities. The ideal candidate should come from a jewelry background, be confident communicating with clients, and be comfortable managing follow-ups and product coordination independently from our Jagatpura office. Key Responsibilities: Manage client communication and follow-ups (email, calls, CRM updates) Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for ongoing orders Maintain product catalogues, stock sheets, and client trackers Assist in product presentation and merchandising requirements Support sales and marketing teams with product-related insights Requirements: Background in jewelry, fashion, or accessories (preferred) Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Comfortable working full-time from the Jagatpura office What We Offer: A creative, growth-oriented environment Opportunity to work closely with international buyers and design teams Competitive compensation based on experience Whatsapp resume - +91 89552 41063
