Office Executive Location - Dalhousie Job Summary: The Office Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation. Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is up to date. Go for bank work ,any purchase item pick up, office documents, filing. Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation and office setup. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
