Job Summary:

The Office Executive will assist in the efficient functioning of the Dean Academics and Dean Research & Development offices. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating academic and research activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication within and across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to both Deans.
Draft and manage official correspondence, documentation, and reports.
Maintain and update departmental records and databases.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and departmental events.
Assist in data collection and preparation of academic/research reports.
Communicate with faculty, staff, and students for departmental coordination.
Support the organization of seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Handle confidential documents with professionalism and accuracy.
Ensure timely follow-up and task completion as per departmental requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).
1-6 years of relevant administrative or office management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
