Experience in handling phone etiquette, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently are essential. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite will be required. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
