Job Description

Responsibilities: * Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning. * Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally. * Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required. * Support HR and admin tasks like attendance, documentation, and scheduling. * Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and office events. * Keep office areas clean, organized, and well-maintained. * Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and follow up on pending tasks. * Coordinate with different departments for routine requirements. Requirements: * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to handle day-to-day operations independently. * Positive attitude and professional behaviour.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
