Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage office communications including emails, calls, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle procurement and maintain office supplies/inventory.
  • Support HR and Accounts teams with documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Oversee general office maintenance and ensure a professional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,086.35 - ₹18,649.94 per month
