Job Description

Responsibilities: Handling client calls, queries, and travel-related communication Coordinating with vendors, hotels, and tour operators for bookings Managing travel itineraries, quotes, invoices, and confirmations Maintaining customer records, payment follow-ups, and documents Creating travel proposals and assisting in trip planning Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting daily operations Supporting marketing activities (social media posts, replies, etc.) General admin tasks – filing, supplies, and office upkeep ✅ Requirements: Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati) Comfortable with MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and email writing Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience in travel/tourism industry is a plus but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: New Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
