Office Civil engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Billing & Documentation: Prepare, verify, and maintain client bills, BOQs, and related project documentation.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth progress and timely updates.
• Office Management: Handle daily office correspondence, project records, and client communication.
• Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, schedules, and work progress updates for management.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and meetings for billing, clarifications, and approvals.
• Technical Support: Read and interpret civil drawings, assist in BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) preparation, and provide AutoCAD support for drawings.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
• Knowledge of client billing, documentation, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BBS making, and drawing reading.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
