Office Civil engineer

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in this role: - Prepare, verify, and maintain client bills, BOQs, and related project documentation. - Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth progress and timely updates. - Handle daily office correspondence, project records, and client communication. - Prepare MIS reports, schedules, and work progress updates for management. - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and meetings for billing, clarifications, and approvals. - Read and interpret civil drawings, assist in BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) preparation, and provide AutoCAD support for drawings. You should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication. - Knowledge of client billing, documentation, and site coordination. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, BBS making, and drawing reading. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
