Office Boy/Peon

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Boy/Peon to provide general office support and assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, punctual, and proactive in managing tasks and maintaining cleanliness in the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times, including workspaces, common areas, and restrooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging seating and necessary materials.
• Support administrative staff with filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Take care of office equipment, such as printers and water dispensers, ensuring they are in working condition.
• Run errands (e.g., picking up documents or supplies) as required by office staff.
• Assist with minor office repairs or coordinate with service providers for maintenance.
• Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking with a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Occasional overtime may be required depending on office needs.
