Job description :- Keep the office clean and organized, including cleaning common areas, Canteen area & office spaces. Assist staff with tasks such as making coffee/tea in the Afternoon, and giving water to staff 2-3 times a day. Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to visitors as required. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure that kitchen supplies are stocked and organized. Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment. Ensure that all equipment is in working order and alert the office manager about any issues. Provide basic administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Help with other clerical tasks as directed by office staff or managers. Assist with any other tasks as needed, depending on the office’s requirements, such as helping with event setup or minor repairs. Both male & Female candidates are preferred. Local (Surat) candidates preferred. Compulsory timing slot will be 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Working days will be Monday to Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturday will be off day.
