Office boy

Job description:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of office activities by performing basic administrative tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle cleaning and maintenance of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness of washrooms and pantry on a regular basis.
• Assist in filing documents and organizing office supplies.
• Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies when needed.
• Collect and distribute documents, parcels, or mail within the office or to external clients/vendors.
• Support basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry (if required).
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before conferences or meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times.
• Run errands outside the office when necessary.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred.
• Basic communication skills in [Odia ].
• Punctual, honest, and hardworking.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
