1. Pack books securely and correctly into cartons or boxes.
2. Use packaging materials to protect products during transit.
3. Apply labels with accurate shipping information to packages.
4. Sort and organize items into the correct categories for dispatch.
5. Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments and stock.
6. Inspect and clean shipment containers as needed.
7. Keep the packing area and overall office space clean, organized, and well-maintained.
8. Follow company guidelines, safety protocols, and industry standards for packaging and handling.
9. Report any issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors or relevant personnel.
10. Assist with basic inventory management and record-keeping for shipments.
