Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Sector 50, Gurugram

Experience: 2–3 Years

Working Hours: 9am to 9pm (Sunday fixed off)

Pay: ₹15000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Office Boy. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the office, assisting staff with routine tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
• Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or other items within or outside the office.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
• Replenish office supplies such as paper, pens, and pantry items.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up before meetings and cleaned afterward.
• Support administrative staff with routine office duties.
• Perform messenger duties and assist with external errands as needed.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues to the facilities team.
• Follow office safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of office equipment (printer, copier, etc.).
• Basic understanding of office equipment (printer, copier, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a respectful attitude.
• Honest, punctual, and dependable.
• Physically fit to perform tasks that require movement and lifting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
