Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to handle administrative support tasks and ensure the smooth daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to perform a variety of office support duties efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (including pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms). Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks. Run errands such as bank work, delivering documents, or purchasing office supplies. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials. Refill office supplies like paper, stationery, etc., as needed. Ensure timely disposal of office waste and maintain a clean environment. Assist staff with minor tasks as directed. Requirements:Minimum education: High School or equivalent. Prior experience as an Office Boy or similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, photocopier, etc.). Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. Punctual, polite, and trustworthy. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
