Job Description

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the office, including common areas, restrooms, and pantry, clean and organized. This involves dusting, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Serving Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Administrative Assistance: Assisting with basic administrative tasks like photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Managing Supplies: Monitoring and restocking office supplies like stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
  • Running Errands: Handling tasks like collecting and distributing mail, packages, and documents, as well as running errands outside the office as needed.
  • Supporting Staff: Assisting staff with various tasks, such as preparing meeting rooms, organizing files, and handling minor office maintenance.
  • Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring basic office equipment like printers and copiers are functioning properly and reporting any issues.
  • Assisting Visitors: Welcoming visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff, and offering assistance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
