Job Description

Key responsibilities

Office and pantry maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including floors, windows, and restrooms; dispose of trash and manage kitchen cleanliness.
Administrative support: Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and sorting mail.
Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
General assistance: Run errands, deliver messages and documents, attending calls, and assist staff with day-to-day activities as needed.
Supply management: Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies.
Equipment maintenance: Report malfunctioning equipment and assist with minor maintenance or setup tasks.
Visitor assistance: Greet visitors and handle initial inquiries.
