Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle general office support tasks and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in preparing meeting rooms and setting up equipment.
Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Loading & Unloading of Material

Office Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas.
Ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.

Errands and Supplies:
Purchase and replenish office supplies when needed.
Deposit or collect documents, parcels, or other items from external locations as assigned.

Other Duties:
Assist with photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Provide general support to various departments as required.

Requirements:

Minimum education: High school or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Basic understanding of office etiquette and operations.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Education:

Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
