Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Office Boy to handle day-to-day office support tasks and ensure smooth functioning of office operations. The candidate must be disciplined, punctual, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist in handling office errands such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents.
• Ensure proper upkeep of office supplies and pantry items.
• Support staff with basic administrative needs when required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and deliveries.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Office Boy/Helper in an office environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning, office assistance, and handling couriers.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
• Ability to take instructions and complete tasks responsibly.
• Physically active and attentive to office needs.
