Office boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy cum Delivery Boy to handle day-to-day office support activities and assist with delivery tasks. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in the office, running errands, and ensuring timely delivery of documents and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office (pantry, workstations, meeting rooms, etc.).
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, parcels, and materials within and outside the office.
• Handle bank, courier, and other office errands as required.
• Support staff with any small tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
• Follow instructions from management and perform tasks promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Prior experience as office boy/delivery boy preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes.
• Valid driving license (if deliveries require a two-wheeler).
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Physically fit and able to carry small packages/documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹12,500.00 per month
