Responsibilities Pick-up and Delivery: Transport various goods, packages, or food from the originating point to the customer's specified address. Route Optimization: Plan and follow the most efficient and fastest routes for deliveries to ensure punctuality. Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address any questions or concerns, and ensure a positive delivery experience. Package Handling: Carefully load, unload, and secure items during transport to prevent damage. Payment Collection: Collect cash or other forms of payment from customers upon delivery, if required.
