Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy/Girl to assist with daily office tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, punctual, and able to handle basic office duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic documentation work
• Handle incoming and outgoing office deliveries and couriers
• Support office staff with routine tasks as required
• Open and close the office when needed
• Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and inform management when replenishment is required
• Run errands such as bank visits, bill payments, or local purchases if needed

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of office work and hygiene standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to perform daily office tasks
• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
