Office Boy

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to perform daily administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, polite, and able to manage basic office responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Maintenance & CleanlinessKeep the office clean, tidy, and organized. Dusting, mopping, cleaning tables, chairs, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness in washrooms and pantry. Ensure regular disposal of garbage. 2. Pantry & RefreshmentsPrepare and serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors. Maintain stock of pantry items (tea, sugar, milk, biscuits, etc.). Clean utensils and ensure hygienic pantry conditions. 3. Administrative AssistanceAssist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery. Distribute incoming mail and courier packets to concerned staff. Pack and hand over outgoing couriers to delivery partners. Support staff during meetings by arranging chairs and refreshments. 4. Office ErrandsVisit bank, post office, or market for small purchases when required. Collect or deliver documents outside the office. Assist in handling office supplies and inventory. 5. Other ResponsibilitiesEnsure all lights, AC, and systems are turned off after office hours. Help with minor shifting of office items. Assist HR/Admin team when required. Maintain a polite and professional behavior at all times. Required Skills & Qualities:Basic reading and writing skills. Good hygiene and personal grooming. Punctual and disciplined. Honest and trustworthy. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Educational Qualification:Minimum 8th / 10th pass (preferred but not mandatory). Work Timings:(Example) Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Salary Range:Based on experience and skills.
