Operate and monitor HSG Make CNC laser cutting machine. Set up the machine with correct parameters (power, speed, gas pressure) based on material type and thickness. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and job orders. Load and unload sheet metal onto the machine bed using handling equipment. Ensure accuracy and precision of cut parts with proper measuring tools (Vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.). Perform routine machine maintenance (clean lenses, check nozzles, align optics, etc.). Identify defects, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major problems to maintenance. Maintain proper safety standards and housekeeping in the work area. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines. Keep records of production, machine performance, and downtime.
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):HSG कंपनी की CNC लेजर कटिंग मशीन को चलाना और मॉनिटर करना। मटेरियल के प्रकार और मोटाई के अनुसार मशीन के सही पैरामीटर (पावर, स्पीड, गैस प्रेशर) सेट करना। इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, CAD फाइलें और जॉब ऑर्डर पढ़ना और समझना। शीट मेटल को हैंडलिंग इक्विपमेंट की मदद से मशीन बेड पर लोड और अनलोड करना। कटे हुए पार्ट्स की सटीकता और गुणवत्ता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मापने वाले उपकरणों (वर्नियर, माइक्रोमीटर, गेज आदि) का उपयोग करना। मशीन की नियमित मेंटेनेंस करना (लेंस की सफाई, नोज़ल चेक करना, ऑप्टिक्स को अलाइन करना आदि)। डिफेक्ट्स पहचानना, छोटे-मोटे इश्यूज़ का ट्रबलशूट करना और बड़े प्रॉब्लम्स को मेंटेनेंस टीम को रिपोर्ट करना। कार्य क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा मानकों और हाउसकीपिंग का पालन करना। प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ मिलकर रोज़ाना के लक्ष्य और डेडलाइन पूरी करना। प्रोडक्शन, मशीन परफॉर्मेंस और डाउनटाइम का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
