Job Summary
· Light cleaning in the office and store areas. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all rooms when required.· Cleaning the toilets in second half, including mirrors, Windows if required.· Dusting Furniture daily· Washing windows weekly once· Tiding up Office place· Keeping track of cleaning and pantry supplies and letting HR know when you are low and need to be replaced· Serving water and tea to the guests· Washing and drying dishes and tea cups and putting them at its proper place.· Washing dustbins once a week· Making and serving tea twice a day· Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area· Bringing stationary in case of emergency· Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements· Arranges the seats, organise and prepare the meeting place before meetings.· Performing General office clerk duties.Key Skills
