Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Office Backend Staff, located in Sholinganallur. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, maintain records, support accounting operations, assist with customer service requests, and ensure smooth backend office operations. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to contribute to the team’s efficiency and the company’s overall success.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and related support skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Open to learning and adaptable to new processes
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant educational qualifications is preferred
