Office associate (operations)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and proactive male associate to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, flexibility, and a willingness to handle various responsibilities based on business requirements. This is a dynamic role with no fixed responsibilities initially, and the candidate must be comfortable with a task-based work style in a UK shift environment.

Job Details:

Location: Chennai (initially remote position for minimum 3 months)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Inclusive of all benefits)

Shift Timing: UK Shift – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month

Joining Requirement: Immediate

Laptop Requirement: Must have own laptop for office use

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance
• Create and manage Excel reports, trackers, and schedules
• Provide customer support via calls and emails
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
• Handle documentation and provide administrative support
• Assist with project-based and ad-hoc operational tasks
• Support managers and leads with daily coordination and communication

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Male candidate residing in Chennai
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with valid documentation
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Excel and general computer usage
• Flexible to handle varying tasks as per business needs
• Well-organized, presentable, and responsible
• Willingness to work in UK shift and 2 Saturdays per month
• Own laptop available for work use
