Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Patna, Bihar. The Office Associate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, assisting in daily operations, managing customer interactions, maintaining records, and supporting accounting activities. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing day-to-day office tasks and organizational needs
Knowledge of Accounting to assist with basic financial and bookkeeping tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications in administration are an advantage
