Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including workspaces, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  2. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture or equipment as required.
  3. Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to employees and visitors.
  4. Handle basic petty cash purchases by procuring necessary office supplies and materials.
  5. Assist with courier dispatch and document delivery.
  6. Facilitate the transfer of materials and documents between both office locations efficiently and securely.
  7. Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, pantry items and toiletries.
  8. Support the Admin team with any additional tasks as and when required.
  9. Maintain registers/logs for daily activities and supply usage.
  10. Willingness and ability to work across multiple shifts, as per office requirements.
