Job Title: Office Assistant Location :Trichy We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional tasks among academic staff, technology teams, and student support units to ensure seamless program execution. This position involves optimizing daily workflows, managing course logistics, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty. The Operations Associate will contribute to the continuous improvement of our academic operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with academic staff, technology teams, and student support units to ensure cohesive program execution. Workflow Optimization: Streamline daily operations, including class scheduling, course logistics, and learning delivery mechanisms. Data Management: Maintain and update student databases, academic calendars, and internal dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes for instructors and academic personnel. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for students and parents, providing timely updates on schedules, addressing concerns, and collecting feedback. Resource Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and logistics teams to manage physical resources or hardware necessary for academic delivery. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance and operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements. Policy Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to internal policies and standard operating procedures to maintain high service quality. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating matters as necessary to uphold continuity and service standards. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree 1–2 years of hands-on experience in operational roles, preferably within the education or EdTech sector. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under fixed timelines and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
