Position: Office Assistant

Reports To: Department Head

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain attendance records and follow up on absentees.

- Assist in student record management and academic report preparation.

- Facilitate parent-staff interactions and maintain office supplies.

Eligibility Criteria:

- High school, diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Qualities:

- Organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
