Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant (Female only) in Sonipat, Haryana, with at least 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, meetings, and business trips efficiently. You will also manage files by organizing documents, tracking files, and maintaining an inventory of office supplies. Communication plays a vital role in this position as you will be required to answer phone calls, respond to emails, and deliver messages promptly. Welcoming visitors with a warm demeanor and providing assistance when needed will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will support ongoing projects by offering general assistance, including preparing reports and taking notes during meetings. Assisting new employees in settling into the office environment and helping them with any equipment-related issues will be crucial. You will also perform various clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail, data entry, copying, faxing, and mailing correspondence.
