Job Description

  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Support HR and Accounts teams with documentation and data entry as required.
  • Ensure office supplies and inventory are maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors, visitors, and internal staff as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide support in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
