Job Summary
We are looking for experienced local candidates to carry out office assistant duties.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Maintain physical office inventory under supervision of Operations / Business Coordinator.
· Packing of orders received under supervision of Operations / Business Coordinator.
· Oversee work by housekeeping staff and ensure hygiene & upkeep of the office and surrounding area.
· Greet & provide tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors.
· Assist with filing documents, making copies of documents and keeping records.
· Deliver / bring documents and packages from vendors & clients locally.
· Monitor the use of equipment and supplies, and arrange for repairs.
· Ensure the security of office keys and documents.
Qualifications and Skills
· High school pass & able to read basic English.
· Basic office skills, knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
· Punctuality and reliability
Benefits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
