As a Back Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization. You will be responsible for efficiently managing communication channels, including handling calls and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Your expertise in MS Office will be essential for preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records of site expenses and attendance. With strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, you will ensure seamless administrative support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the back-office functions. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls. Manage daily site expenses and maintain attendance records. Prepare and maintain reports using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Support operational and administrative tasks as required. Coordinate with vendors, site staff, and internal teams. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Previous experience in back-office operations preferred.
