We are looking for a dedicated and smart Office Assistant & Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling office-related tasks, managing documentation, and performing telecalling activities for client communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office work, filing, and documentation
Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Perform telecalling to existing and new clients for follow-up
Maintain records and update data regularly
Support the sales and service team with quotations, reports, and coordination
Assist in basic administrative and back-office tasks
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
Ability to handle calls confidently and manage office tasks efficiently
Prior experience in telecalling or office work will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
