Office Assistant / Office Boy

Job Summary:

The Office Boy will handle general office support tasks including serving refreshments, running errands, managing documents, and ensuring cleanliness of the office premises. This role requires a proactive, reliable, and well-organized individual to support the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the MD's room and other office areas.
• Ensure all office supply items (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.) are well stocked and available.
• Coordinate with and maintain contact details of plumbers, electricians, and other service providers for any office-related issues.
• Go out for bank-related work or any other external office errands as required.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Receive, distribute, and manage incoming mail or couriers.
• Assist with basic clerical duties like photocopying and document handling.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Admin Officer.
• Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene are maintained daily.
• Be flexible and available for any urgent tasks during working hours.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Basic communication skills (verbal and written).
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment.
• May involve occasional lifting of light materials.
• Flexible working hours may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
