Job Description

The Office Boy is responsible for providing basic support services within the office to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties include maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and ensuring the office environment is well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Cleaning and Maintenance:
Ensure cleanliness of the office including desks, floors, common areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness of office equipment like photocopiers, printers, and telephones.
Empty trash bins regularly and ensure proper waste disposal.
Tea/Coffee Service:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.
Delivery and Pickup:
Handle the delivery and collection of documents, parcels, or mail as required.
Help with courier services for sending important documents or packages.
Office Supplies Management:
Monitor the stock of office supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.
Assist in organizing supplies and ensuring everything is stored in an orderly fashion.
Assisting with Administrative Tasks:
Support office staff with light administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Assist with organizing office events and meetings, including preparing materials and setting up rooms.
Visitor Assistance:
Greet and guide visitors, ensuring they are properly signed in and comfortable while waiting.
Offer refreshments to visitors when necessary.
Handling Miscellaneous Tasks:
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or office manager.
Run office errands such as purchasing snacks or stationery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
