Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

Keep the office premises clean and tidy at all times.
Clean desks, tables, and reception area.
Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and client waiting areas.
Handle waste disposal and maintain proper hygiene.

2. Client Hospitality

Serve tea, coffee, and water to clients and visitors.
Welcome guests politely and guide them to the reception or meeting area.
Ensure drinking water and refreshments are always available.

3. Administrative Assistance

Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Deliver or pick up documents from nearby places when required.
Help arrange files, forms, and paperwork related to immigration & visa applications.
Support the front desk in organizing documents for client meetings.

4. Office Support Tasks

Keep stationery, office supplies, and forms organized and replenished.
Assist in maintaining the office environment for smooth work operations.
Help set up workspace for client consultations or internal meetings.
Run small errands inside and outside the office when required.

5. General Responsibilities

Follow company policies, confidentiality, and maintain professionalism.
Ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Report any maintenance issues (AC, lights, printer, etc.) to the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
