We are urgently looking for an experienced Office Assistant with strong computer knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and professional drafting ability. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Drafting and sending emails

· Maintaining and updating data records

· Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls

· Coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Key Skills

· Proficiency in computers and internet usage

· Good command over English (speaking & drafting)

· Strong communication and telephone etiquette

· Ability to multitask and coordinate efficiently

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Any graduate with good communication skills and fluency in English

· Prior experience as an Office Assistant preferred
