Job Responsibilities Manage daily office administration: filing, documentation, and record maintenance Handle phone calls, emails, and office communication Prepare invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and basic accounting entries Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, vendors, and customers Support order processing, dispatch documentation, and shipment follow-ups Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations Assist management with scheduling and follow-ups Skills Required Good communication & coordination skills Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic accounting/documentation knowledge (preferred) Experience in manufacturing/export industry is an advantage Qualifications Graduate / Diploma (any stream) 0–3 years of experience in office administration or similar role Salary ₹9,500 per month for freshers Salary negotiable based on experience Contact / How to Apply Email: [email protected] Mobile: 8879572535 Please mention “Office Assistant – JOSSH” when applying.
