The Office Assistant – IQAC will support the smooth functioning of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell by assisting in documentation, record keeping, data compilation, and coordination of quality assurance activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with faculty, staff, and administrative teams.
Assist in preparing and maintaining records, reports, and official documents related to IQAC activities.
Support in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for accreditation and quality audits (NAAC, NBA, etc.).
Maintain files, documentation, and correspondence in both physical and digital formats.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training programs organized by IQAC.
Draft notices, letters, and meeting minutes as directed by the IQAC Coordinator/Director.
Provide administrative and clerical support including data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Assist in the preparation of AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report) and other quality-related reports.
Communicate with different departments for timely submission of required information.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all IQAC-related documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by the IQAC Head/University Administration.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database management.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative departments.
1–3 years of administrative/office support experience, preferably in an academic or university setting.
Freshers with excellent skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.
